Prime Sandwich

The schnitzel sandwiches are delicious.

This place is ridiculous. they say 45 min delivery. an hour and a half later i call and they said the guy was downstairs, 20 min later, nothing. i call and they tell me hes down the block. Basically we get the food, its soggy and COLD! gross.

Totally incompetent AND uncaring. I've ordered twice and they never follow my requests. The cashiers have an awful attitude. If you work with customers don't you think it is your job to be nice if you want them to come back? No, because you're uneducated, incompetent, and uncaring about the essence of your job. I'M DONE WITH THIS PLACE!!

The incompetence is astounding. Twice ordered delivery twice no sauces on any of the four sandwiches. No wait one in the first round had the wrong sauces on it. It's either incompetence or an attitude of uncaring. Your gamble not even good odds. this is the first time I ever blogged about a place. I even called the first time an encountered someone on the other end unremorseful actually argued with me that he was right. I learned my lesson. Hopefully you will avoid since you don't get what you paid for and it's not inexpensive. Should be half a star.

First time I had a salad, which was good, but not great. But the second time I went, we got meat sandwiches, and they were outstanding!

I was in crown heights for shabbos, after shabbos we went to prime sandwich, I got a steak Sandwich it was amazing lots of meat and tasted great when ever I come to crown heights I go there.

What a great place to eat the food was so good, the place was clean Prime Sandwich is the place to eat
