Ruth’s Kosher is the historic restaurant of Jewish cuisine in Florence, the ritual table of the Synagogue, located in the Sant’Ambrogio district. We serve traditional kosher and vegetarian dishes, simple and tasty, accompanied by a wide choice of kosher wines. We are the oldest Kosher restaurant in Florence, the ritual table of the Synagogue. We serve Kosher and vegetarian food in a cozy atmosphere, open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and for Shabbat.
